No NAFO for me this year (dang it) as I rode to Mn last year after the Ruben rte. This year has me spending time with friends in Colorado and a couple days with family in Kentucky before riding a bit with spklbuk and a stop at a Goldwing darkside gathering in Wise, Va. before Maggie Valley.

Didn't get the bike back from the shop until 8:30 last night and then it was time for an oil chg and pack.

Now it's darkthirty, smokey as a casino in the 60's outside due to the monster King fire south of here but after a cup of Joe I am out of here.

I don't understand why mine looks like a straight line. At first it looked like it was tracking fine, now it look like I took a jet from Cohoes, NY to Blairsville, GA.

Wow, interstates where so many choices exist. Time to get a GPS with curvy roads feature.

No Doug No! I just checked your spot. You stopped in Marion at the base of Rt 16, and then you went past it! U-Turn U-Turn!!
Fixed it for ya Steve.

I saw that too...he also should have taken 460 to 219 up to Lewisburg, instead of 77 & 64.
I gotta stop posting 5 minutes out of bed in the morning...

I'm guessing it was either raining, or, he's planning on doing it on the return trip to Maggie Valley.

Is Snowflake a stripper?

What?
that's what Jim named his DR 650...

Ding Ding.....Joe called it. Spent the day riding snowflake, had a blast. A big thank you to Jim, rode in the mountains of West Virginia and then he fed me dinner. I will proudly wear my sacred WV dust on my gear the rest of the trip.

16 and 58 tomorrow on the way to Wise, Va. Yeah baby!!!
