Weirdos.

And like YOU have any room to talk aboot "forum Jackholes," Howie. You're just jealous you weren't there.
BWAH! Yeah, Andy, you're right...I AM jealous I couldn't go. Just way too hard to justify 5,000 miles for a sammich. :D

RadioHowie, I have been rooming out on the road with Bust for a week now and there has been only one small problem. Barry talks in his sleep and he constantly moans "Andy, Andy"! Then sometimes he shouts out " Geek I Love You" and wakes himself up!!

So, who "won" the free reuben for farthest distance travelled? I'm guessing Barry???
In all the BS I totally forgot about that so I will have to make it up somehow next time  . I would think AJ would be the one because it says in the first post " whoever RIDES the farthest" and I think he is farther away than the Phoenix crowd.

Ray, Beemerdons sent that pic to me.

...The *******.

Thanks for all the work at organizing and being a fine host.

Much appreciated! Great seeing everyone!
********!!! I was looking right at you when you took it. You were pissed that I wouldn't let you sit in my lap while Steve took the picture. :p

Ray ... Thanks for a fun weekend! Don't pay any attention to the jerk taking the picture who couldn't get out of bed to come to the BBQ. I think he stayed in the room so he could have a hydraulic dinner!

MEM came from NB, and not just for a reuben..
Now I know who to blame for the cigar ash on my immaculately clean 2006 FJR Sunday morning... :p
You mean the tears of tickets past didn't wash them away?? Haha...It really was good seeing you again.

I sure put a lot of faces to names during this trip. Jer, CAJW, Tom, Doug, Tyler, Acichu (spelling) and a few others had me rolling. The alcohol probably helped with that some!! I got to ride with some awesome people, see some things that can't be unseen, and had a great time doing all of it.

I'll post up what I have when I get home tonight or first thing tomorrow.

I don't think Don would appreciate me posting **** on his computer. ;)

The Ruben Run was a great time. My day began with Jamie (Bugman) and Phil (Nazgul) and a run up to Quincy via Hwy 162 Bucks Lake. The sweepers on this road are pure bliss, and I might add much less populated with deer than what we saw in Oregon. Met the rest of the northbound rolling nuthouse at the Courthouse Cafe in Quincy

Somehow on the way out of Quincy, HRZ and SacramentoMike got left behind. So we waited at the Lake Almanore overlook.

Exploring dark places with HRZ and Bustanut in pursuit. After reaching the other end.."I'm not going back in there with Busta waiting in the dark"

We ended up in the Medicine Lake area where we discovered my ingeniously calculated route terminated in dirt roads. Turning around I snapped this picture of some lava flows and handed the lead over to Russ. Somehow at this point we lost track of Puppychow as we turned east on Forest Rd 97 and he apparently continued south. Within a mile, we realized he was missing and turned back to Medicine Lake Rd and backtracked to find him. Unfortunately we missed and later found he had gone deer hunting. We all felt terrible about it and are thankful he is recovering from bruises, but we will all be more careful to account for everyone at any changes of direction in the future. I'm still bummed by this.
