Electric tire pump?

Just bought my "fix-a-flat" supplies -- tire plugs, pressure gauge, and an electric pump. According to the manual (it makes good bathroom reading :unsure: ), toys should not exceed 35W, but the pump is 95W. Will this totally kill the battery (or fry something else, for that matter) should I need to use it? If so, any suggestions on where to pick up a pump that will run an that anemic power supply? Thanks.

DH has the pump from the aerostich catalog and has used it several times. His K12S doesn't run it well, but my 03 FJR does. It will raise the tire a few PSI without the bike running, but if a lot of air is needed, he will start the engine. The fix-a-flat supply kit has saved us three times on road trips, plus a couple of times at home. Of course, in the latter case he used his mains compressor.

Fry the anemic fuse of your bike.
Covered in a variety of places on the board already by entering search terms like +electric +pump into the search area includings links like this FAQ article (that even have pictures)and this threads about the weak fuse on the '06 & '07 and here.

Ignacio, also appreciated. I searched, but did not use the correct spacing and got irrelevant results. Helps if I put a space in between terms. Thanks for the nudge in the right direction. Admins are my heroes!

The entire kit fits under my seat and I have a plug kit under the passenger seat.

Don't use the power from the fairing outlet, the fuse can't handle it.

I use the lead from my Gerbings and have a battery tender lead also. I had to order a SAE adapter ($10) from Gerbing to connect the two.

I got tired of the electric pumps not working when I needed them and went back to a better-quality bicycle shop hand pump. I don't know if rattling in the bags killed the electric ones or what, but I returned three in a row. We're only pressurizing the tires to roughly 40 psi, which is not problem for the manual pumps and the only thing the hand pump can't do is push enough flow to seat a bead, but then, neither can most of the little on-board electric ones.
