Personally I think the IBR rules should be followed. It is a very safe, trouble free, & secure way to carry fuel. Solid mount, baffle, & ground strap seem to be simply a safe way to ride . . .
Hey, don't forget thet TREE farkle. Comes in handy I hear............and the rise of the farkle freaks continues..............
Your going to have a lot of problems transferring fuel from the aux tank to the main tank unless you go with a fuel pump. Some are avidly against using one because it introduces another point of failure. I've never used one to transfer fuel, so I really don't know for sure.
You can always use a hand pump, too.

No, not at all. McAvan, Tanji, and others use gravity.Do all passenger seat area fuel cells use a fuel pump? I didn't think the Tangi cell used one.
From what I remember Tanji run his cell with a fuel pump because how low it is. Others, such as Skooter don't, but have to open their transfer valve 50-100 or so miles into their main tank. No, not at all. Pictures if you have them please. My cell is somewhat like the McAvan cell which sits in place of the pillion seat and does a gravity feed to the main tank.
