Finished , will post pictures if anyone is interested, worked out very well as if the factory did it. Quick access now to the main fuse and soleniod/fuse block also.. Plenty of room. Nice clean appearance on the frame, the only components left there are the ignition coils. Success is even sweeter now... ;)

But.....................

You DID put the aluminum framework back on didn't you? The piece that holds the battery and connects to the right side of the frame and also the front subframe?

Without that piece there's nothing stabilizing your front subframe from side to side besides plastic. I would be afraid that even a zero mph gentle tip over would tweak the whole front end.

Of course... jeeze. The picture is to illustrate the air injection system removed at the same time. Hoses lead to vacuum guages to syncronize throttle bodies. Forgot to mention in the post.

 
Interesting. That battery sitting way up high does add to the FJR's top heavy feel. I wonder if the battery could fit in a Corbin Smuggler.
