Honda announces new 2010 U.S. touring bike (for whom...?):
NT700V (Deauville), zzzz....
NT700V (Deauville), zzzz....
Now's your chance:I've been wanting that bike here for years. A perfect commute weapon.
I think Harley has that market cornered....I am thinking this kind of bike will have a market with inexperienced riders, and possibly those small in stature.
The "sort of" was supposed to imply sarcasm. I was simply after similar-displacement v-twin, that's all. The "comparison" does point out the price insanity, though.Huh?
That bike has about as much in common with an SV650 as it does with Hayabusa.
How does 530 lbs. (w/fuel) and 110 mph top speed sound? That just might be the perfect bike for my wife. The FJR is too much for her to handle, and she doesn't like the sport bikes or the taller dual sports.
Now's you chance (too)...Come to think of it, I never owned a Honda.
well saidWaiting to learn more about it, but from an optimistic perspective, I kinda agree with Fred. Many times here, we've asked what we might come up with as a smaller, lighter sport touring bike for those for whom an FJR or a Connie or a ST are just too much.
