So Puppychow and RadioHowie do a search what do they find? One, count em one entry! Not 5, not 10, but one. So this post was so "never ending" and "recurring" that it only shows 1 other relavant post on the first 3 pages. Wow, that definitely constitutes "recuring" and "never ending". OMG the list is so huge it just never ends!!! :glare:

But right now as we speak a post about Gen I vs Gen II differences has shown up again. Boy, that post hasn't been done to death. Not at all. But I'm glad it wasn't put into this shamefull pit of disgrace and dispare like my post. And there certainly hasn't been 20,000+ posts about farkles that have been moved here. No because they usually remain in the sections they were started in.

I started ripping my new 2009 apart this weekend to start farkling it, and I had to use the search many tiimes. Not a good experience. I think the thing that annoys me the most of that damn 3 letter limit crap. Sometimes they work, sometimes not. Try a search for

I've honestly put in a good effort at searching for all subjects I've posted, yet 3 of my posts ended up here. I think the thing that annoys me more then anything is the fact that this section even exists. I've never seen a section like this on others forums I've been on.

I'm disgraced. I can't hold my head high anymore. And whats worse is now I'm accused of having a FRENCH bike? OMG, could it get any worse. I failed french twice in high school and I can guarantee you my bike is ENGLISH speaking with a full 140 HP. And after I install my new fuse box and K&N I fully expect 180+ HP at the rear wheel. Its true. I swear. :lol:

You've got the complaining part down pretty well, but what specifically are you trying to search on? I find a half dozen relevant threads in less than a minute.

Riding a motorcycle takes mental and visual acuity and alertness. An ability to intelligently read and visualize situations as they develop and to safely navigate them.

However, as you have demonstrated that you are either so blind and/or so dumb you can't even figure out what the other 4 threads in the search were about, and that yours was the fifth thread about the same topic and hence recurring and now because of your incessant whining also utterly pointless, you shouldn't be riding a motorcycle for your own safety and others as well.

The admins on this forum are busy men who volunteer their time to maintain this forum. They are not paid janitors who are supposed to clean up every piece of trash that gets tossed around in here. They move what they see, when they see it and when they have the time.

There wasn't 4 other threads about this subject when I looked. But I guess if I were in your shoes I could try the search 4 or 5 times in different ways until I found a combination that showed results right off the bat, and conveniently post a response saying "I found it right away". And if you can't see that I'm "whining" half heartedly, then perhaps your the dumb one.

Everyones a tough guy over the internet. I see now why this forum has such a reputation.

If you mean we have a reputation of expecting contributing forum members to help themselves a bit, encourage newbies to look around a bit at the tens of thousands of threads, and hard on those expecting search welfare...you're absolutely right. This offer and request still stands.

I reiterate the suggestion that your experience would be much more positive if you helped us to help you.

That and maybe if you have had an unfortunate experience getting NEPRT'ed...try turning your experience into a positive contribution and work with that thread author to help for the next newbie.

Maybe it takes a real dumb-**** like you to try 4 or 5 times before you figured out how to type "headers glowing red" - I typed that and got the search results the very first time. Oh wait - Oh no you are the uber dumb-**** who couldn't even figure out how to type that simple phrase in the search box, but started complaining about - "Awww search sucks!" instead.

The search results are still up there, posted twice by two different posters so there is still time for you to go look again, but you have to pull your head out of your *** first. Those 4 other threads weren't created as some form of a conspiracy to ridicule you, you are hardly that important no matter what your opinion of yourself.

I also seriously doubt that you can see that I am calling you a dumb-**** in the nicest, most heartiest way possible.

As far as the forum having a reputation - every single responder in this thread either pointed you to other similar threads or commented on why it is pointless to worry about this non-issue. Once again, pull your head out of your *** and break this recurring cycle of your never-ending whining.

PS - I am sorry for this Iggy. The only person I feel bad for is that you have to deal with this. I am out, I have no more time to waste in this thread.
