If you have a reservation at the Marriott and find that you cannot make the Event, [SIZE=14pt]DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ROOM RESERVATION![/SIZE]
We are sold out as is the hotel (almost). When you cancel your room, it goes back to the hotel inventory - not NAFO's. If you must cancel, put your room up for transfer here, on FJRForum.com under the NAFO section. We have people who want rooms and your room will be welcomed by someone else. If it does not go within 24 hours of the Event, then by all means, cancel it.
Please give someone else a chance to attend if you cannot.
