Turbo Dave and Scooter Arrive in Santa Ana

Several Forum memebers made the trip to the Doubletree Hotel in Santa Ana to welcome the IBR riders.

The upper parking lot.



The fire department showed up to deal with the BMW final drives.





(Actually, the wife of one of the riders is a firefighter and she brought her fellow firefighters to see the rally.)

Scooter arrives at the check point.



Checks in and passes the "Is the rider still mentally funcitonal test."





A bit of "winding down."

I could not pass that at the start let alone after all those miles ....

OK I'll take partial blame... maybe, for not following the IBR thread. I live about 5 miles from that Hotel and I would have stopped by to say hello.

I feel bad to for not visiting. My Home office is next door to the hotel. It is the big white house looking complex. First American Title :yahoo:

You missed out on a great afternoon's entertainment. I live further from the hotel than you do, and rode my BICYCLE there and back!!
