Where do I begin??? First off, a big THANK you to Tyler and her cohorts who arranged the accommodations in Bodega Bay, the room rate, dinner at the hotel, Lynyrd Skynyrd music in the background, it was great! To all the participants, great to meet the boys from the corn belt (Wheatie & AirBoss) and some of the other folks whom the Mrs. and I hadn't yet had the pleasure of meeting. A tad breezy Saturday afternoon along the coast, but overall great temps for riding and sunshine was abundant. This morning we all departed in different gaggles and a few of us met up at Stewart's Pt on Hwy 1. From there Rich & Elizabeth led us on Skagg Springs Rd. Eastbound which was slow and shady at first opening up to some wickedly smooth and fun sweepers on the second half. We stopped after being "shot" by Old Michael and regrouped the gaggle. (Hey, OM please post those up) OM stopped by to say goodbye, then Kathy and I said our goodbyes and left the group for a solo ride home. About 550 miles for the the two days with about 60% or better in the twisties, so a great balance considering we had to cross the San Joaquin Valley twice. Thanks again to everyone for making it a short, but sweet gathering on the coast and giving me an excuse not to do yard work this weekend. Oh yeah..... most of the photo credit goes to my Tailgunner (As per Uberkul) and she's getting better at it every ride!

Nice Ride report, Great Pic's!!

I could try to follow up on the day with a ride report, it goes like this, supposed to meet the crew at Richardsons Grove, watched them on the tracker, left home, waited an hour at Richardson Grove, they rode by, waved and kept going, I thought that must not be them. waited another hour and then rode an hour north by myself and Viola! ( thats Wa-laa for Brian) They were at the Brewery. Now tomorrow, am supposed to meet them at the first traffic light in Eureka to do the 299-96-3-299 loop.... Hope they don't repeat the flyby...
