Ordered my Motion Pro Economy Carb tuner on July 27th. Paid with Paypal.
Received payment confirmation in an email from paypal, not from vendor.
Emailed vendor on August 1st to verify order and check status. No reply yet as of Sept 6.
Called vendor on August 8th to check status. Left message. No return call yet as of Sept 6.
Opened a paypal dispute on August 28th. Vendor did not respond to my dispute as of Sept 4th.
I have now escalated my dispute to a claim with paypal in which they will investigate and refund my money.
In summary, over 5 weeks, no product, no status or return calls/emails. Awaiting paypal to return my $50. :angry:
EDIT: Paypal dispute didn't receive any feedback from ussuperbikes so I was awarded my money back. Thanks paypal!
