For '15s there is a different complete manual for ES bikes. Since ES was just introduced in '14 MY, I imagine it's same case. ~G

Yes, it'll work just fine. Reports indicate running that size will also correct speedometer error, at least on GEN III's. ~G

Looks correct. I used the bottom pivot bolt with longer hex on clutch side. Seems like that's what the Suzuki instructions indicate...

Mid process of swapping for thinner shims, dropping all the intake shim by 5/100th of a mm. Factory shims were mix of 1.85 and 1.90 mm.
