Backrest w/mounting hardware, bolts to rear rack. Can't remember the brand, (was there an aftermarket company FJR1300@something...? Been a long time.) Good condition, black. Bolts are corroded. I'm including them so you know what size to get to replace them. FREE just come and pick it up!
SW Motech Rackpack tail bag with rear mounting plates, quick release bolts, etc. Good condition, black. Rectangular shape 17" wide x 9" tall x 13" front to back. waterproof end pockets and internal liner. MUCH lighter than OEM top box allowing much more cargo before your rear subframe dies. $100 OBO plus shipping.
