    String held up amazingly well, I did stop at the store and take the presure up to 40. Checked it every 100 miles for about 5 times and all was ok. New tire coming! Did the speed limit most the way home though. <_<

    Grip removal

    Just do it the easy way! Take a very small long screwdriver, I use a philips, squirt some contact cleaner in and pull!! To install spray it good and be fast!!

    Fairing seal/gasket windshield brackets

    My 2006 AE is in the shop for seal replacement on the windshield retract arms. The gasket came loose and was binding the mechanics of the arms.     G2 Throttle Tube - Fits the AE???

    The tube will fit the clutchless model but it is 1/2" short due to the heated grips. The tube for the clutchless AE model is 6" vs 5 1/2". Sam from G2 should have some of these avaliable in about a month.

    G2 Throttle Tube - Fits the AE???

    The Throttle tube for the AE model is 1/2 inch longer than the standard model, due to the heated grip. I have talked to Sam at G2 and he is in the process of getting some manufactured for the AE and Heated grip optioned bikes. He has informed me that this could take a month!
