I have a Ram X mount. I have a iPhone Xs with an otter box. It is tough to open up the X large enough to get the phone in it. I believe the rubber contain of the otter box helps hold the phone in place.  Not sure I would trust the phone to stay in the X if it didn't have a Otter Box on it

A trunk with padding or a backrest also helps.  Then replace the passenger pegs with floor boards.  And of course the grab rails. My wife has fallen sleep back there.

Home safe... almost 3,000 on the truck and almost 1500 on the bike. The weather was the best! Company was great! Roads were very good. Sticker is on the bike! As for where next year I am still trying to figure out whether it was an eastern meet or a central meet this year? I'd go back...

Just got back from a weekend in West Virginia. Made an appointment for the bike this morning for some new shoes and some fluid changes. Then we're good to go! May have them look at a couple of other things.

Went through Yahk last December. The only eventful thing that happened near there was a traffic accident. As the side roads through there are limited we sat in line for about an hour while they cleaned it up. Tough to find a straight flat road there!
