Yes! I have a self-inflating mattress under that sleeping bag and I'm 58 years old :-) I did have to wear earplugs while sleeping as the trucks kept coming and going all night long.

I just put my sleeping bag on whatever rest area I could find and nobody ever bothered me, including cops... :-)

At least in California, the mileage is entered on the 'release of liability' form that the seller sends to dmv. There is no mileage recorded on the pink slip. I guess it's something that could be agreed on...:-)
