Excellent advice all around. I have already got the Frog Togs and they are great. Knowing my wife, I am sure we will be carrying the warmer jackets along with the air mesh ones. Really looking forward to it.

Well, since I got the Sargent seat, Starcom1, and my XM Roady2, I guess all I need to add is a GPS. I think Santa is gonna bring me a Garmin 2610. I really can't see adding much more, this is such a great bike it don't need much except the personal farkles.

I am 510, 230, with a 30 inch inseam. Old powerlifter. The Sargent seems to bring me up a bit with not so much forward lean as the stocker. I noticed that I had none of the usual right hand numbness and noe of the "crushed grapes". I do have the Heli risers on the bars. It was great.

Got the seat on Tuesday and took it out today for a 350 trip down to West Palm Beach and back. The seat was fantastic, I had none of the butt pain or squirming while I was riding and after 6 hours in the saddle with the 90+ degree temperatures today here in Florida it was still perfect. Well...

Got my new Sargent seat today. 10 day turn around. Got the blue stitching and it looks pretty good. Gonna take a ride from my house in central Florida to Palm Beach (360 round trip). I will post a report on how my butt survives.

After much reading of the different opinions of all the comm gear, I finally decided on the Starcom1. I have had it for almost a year now and it has performed flawlessly. Rider to pillion, XM Roady2, and even my cell phone. Everything works great. Glad I got it.
