    Yamaha offers info on AE

Currently riding a HD EG and most of my daily 26 mile commute is in stop & go traffic the entire way. The HD clutch is stiff and I can tell you I definately get tired of holding the clutch in at stoplights ( so I can get away if need be ). Weekend riding is no problem just city. I ordered a AE...

    Best Price For 1300 2006

I have a "AE" ordered as well. 13548 bike and dealer fees, 14666 OTD in Illinois. This was the best I could do talking to many in-state dealers. Some were OTD 2K+ higher and wouldnt budge. Think I could have done another 500-600 better on the bike by going out of state but travel expenses...

    Noise/Turbulence for '06 FJR1300

I believe dealers will still take a order as the PDP was 12/31 and/or a certain number sold. Which the quota was not met. In addition almost every dealer I called has had someone cancel ( wink, wink ) on a existing order.

Hmmm, maybe it was called anti-skid sometime in the early seventies :D but trust me on this, the systems of today are anti-lock ( just kidding you on that ). Meaning they do not easily lock. Wet, dry, or in between. Clear roads or roads with debris. No lock ( and of course no skid ) usually...

    FJR AE Info

I am interested in the AE as well. Not so much for the electronic clutch but because I like the silver better than the blue ( no offense to yammy blue ). One positive about the AE is the clutch disengages automatically at stop and engages automatically with a little throttle. I like this as I...

    De-linking the '06?

Hi all. Been lurking a couple weeks as I have been seriously considering adding a 06AE. Feel the need to reply to this post based on the idiotic comments made by this clown. ANYONE that believes that ABS is a feature created for old guys with poor reflexes has got to have spent a little too...
