I am interested in seeing the new GT but when it comes down to it...........ouch. I'm not so sure about that. I think we will have to wait and see. I rode the '02 GT when it first came out but really, the FJR just feels right. Could be my wallet talking though.

I had one for almost a year. (an '05) It is a lot of fun. Handles like a sport bike with a very long wheelbase. Lots of low end torque but not a lot of high end as you would expect with a big V twin.

Put Iridiums in my ZRX this past summer and it idles noticably smoother. The originals had just 6500 on them or so. They conduct the spark a bit more efficiently so if'n yer coils are weak (not usually an issue with the FJR) you would get a better spark to the cylinder.

Hi guys, It happened to me at just 4670 miles. The front broke a belt. Didn't lose air but it is certainly unrideable. I can't remember if there was any course of action we can take. Is Metzler or Yammy giving any reinbursments for this problem? I know this is a known issue. Thanks lads.

Wheelbase is listed as the same as the '05's on the Yama site so either the pivot point has changed or the specs are incorrect. I suspect the latter.
