All right, who took their Hayabusa up to 186 on Canadian roads?

https://www.cnn.com/2012/07/12/travel/canada-motorcycle-speeder/index.html This is all the buzz in the last couple of days. A gentleman videoed a bit of a run through an urban area on Vancouver island, then posted it to YouTube. He's now wanted for arrest. Good thing those cops aren't...

WTB: Rear Inner Fender, Dash Shelf, Top Gun light mounts for Gen II

Does anybody here have a rear inner fender for a Gen II? Looks like Seattle's 3 weeks of summer is coming to a close, which means the next 49 weeks will be rain filled. My 08's was removed (not trimmed, but removed completely). Also, on the off chance that somebody has a dash shelf or Top Gun...

    FJR Mileage Milestones

I bought the 08 FJRA from FJRONAMISSION, who had broken it in with 54k miles. One the ride home, the bike and I had that "You'll be spending the next 3/4 of your life in WA now" conversation. And danged if I didn't miss the turn to 55555 miles this week. I love those odometer number games.

CA and OR Hwy 101 and 1

You'll enjoy that trip! You don't make fast time due to slowing down for all the small towns along the way, especially in northern Oregon, but it's a fun route.

Fly n Riding my new 2008 FJR from San Jose to Seattle

Final Fly n Ride Trip Report I left Danville Saturday morning and met my buddy Steve for breakfast before we both took off for Mt. Diablo. I rode the FJR; Steve rode his road bicycle. I passed him on the way up and the way back down. I was pretty surprised - and impressed - at how many...

Rick Mayer vs. Bill Mayer vs. Russell vs. Rich's custom

I've had several Russels. Loved them all. My R1150GS Adv got a Rich's. I liked working with Rich and liked the relatively lower seat than a Day-Long, but it wasn't as comfy for touring. I will put a Day-Long on my FJR this winter.

FJR to Super Tenere, regrets, pluses

Ooooooh. As much as I think the S10 is my next (additional) bike, I'll take the WR or the 690. Hey... I live on the West Coast. I'd be willing to make the great sacrifice of garage space for either one; just let give me a few hours' warning when you're gonna show up for your bike!

Hwy 20 Washington - The Cascades

    Seller's confusing statement

Uh, so he could have owned it for these years, right?   2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 It seems to me that he could have had it for a few more than six years.

    Sympathy for rest of Country

This is one of those times I'm happy to live snuggled in the mountains on the soggy Westside. (Well, Eastside of the Westside..) I hope and pray that you don't get the fires that other areas have gotten.
