I use my Sargent around town and anything up to 2 hours each way. Anything more than that on goes my Russell that I hate around town but love on the road. I did 17 hours one day and backed that up with a 13 hour day this summer and it was great. When i got home on went the Sargent.

I live in Vegas and have a 2012. When you get close you are welcome to leave it at my house and I will put some miles on it for you. Took mine to the Arctic Circle in June.

Just a quick update about the blog. My brother was keeping the blog going. While we were in Fairbanks his daughter passed away. He flew home. I stored his bike and started the long ride home solo. He will return and complete the ride in a few weeks in his daughters memory. Thanks for watching...

The wide plates are actually for stickers from the states and provedences that we pass through. after the ride they will hang in the garage as a souvenir. The mud gaurd thing is a secondary benefit that we didn't think about.

I had my cruise on for a long time before it started to act up. I checked everything 5 times and out of frustration I changed the 7 switch and bingo. It has worked fine ever since. I hope that it stays that way as I head to Alaska in 5 weeks.

Am I the only one who received a cal-sci that had the holes in the wrong place? Mine would bolt up to the bike but the trim would not fit properly. I had to slot the holes about 1/4 inch to get the trim on on my 2012. I sent an email to cal-sci and they did not have the courtesy to even respond.

So whay if he decided not to sell it at all? Would you then take him to court to force a sell? I don't think that you would get very far with that. A deal is is locked in when the money HAS changed hands, not promised. Order your lip and move on!

You need to move to Las Vegas. When I got off work at 4:30 AM the temp was still 97 degrees. I must say that my windshield stays down most of the time.
