Welcome. I am new to the forum also. Had my FJR about a month or so now. Also an 03. Long time Harley Rider. I'm past that point in my life now. My 03 stutters a little on the low end but when I pull the bags, and slick back the windshield I can run with the young guns. Have fun and enjoy.

I just bought one yesterday. I don't know the model number, But It hold my Full Face, and my safety vest, with room for a few small items. Good thing. the rack bolted right on my FJR. Cost was around $160.

Scott. I have those symptoms with my 03. I followed the diagnostic procedures as Allen posted and the TPS checked ok on a cold motor. Mine seems to get worse when the engine warms up. I will do the TPS Diag again with a warm engine. Everthing works ok at highway speeds. I guess the FJR was meant...

Thanks for the feed back. I have already changed the plugs as i had No 3 foul. I think it was my fault because I dumped a lot of marvel mystery oil in the tank to see if it would clean up the idle. I was wrong. Have you balanced the fuel injectors. Thats my next step. I will have it in the shop...

Purchased an 03 about a month ago. The idle was rough when I got it, but the deal was sweet. It accelerates fine, almost need a G-suit. and cruises great also. But the Idle and Whine bug me. I think from what I read on this forum, the Whine is normal. I have used techron in 2 tanks with no...
