Cold Weather Kit I found a "cold weather kit" for the Shorai Battery. :P Just install it with the foam around the battery and turn it on when its cold. Or you could wire in your own thermostat.

My personal 1/4 mile run at Sacramento Raceway was showing 99.8 mph at the 1/8 mile mark and 116.4 at the 1/4 mile. This is with a Gen 1 and 250 lb rider. I also have a +4 +2 windshield that causes more drag at high speed.

Have you compared a Gen 1 to a Gen 2, would the rear axle ratio make much difference?

Ok,update report. Right side muffler has been sold as well as the brake lever, brake lever pivot shaft, right mirror and right turn signal. Local did not want the right lower body panel due to JBs long legs had worn the paint off a corner of the panel.

Did you need the reverse gear?
