    Actually I have been told by a couple of sources that Yamaha Canada won't do anything about a ticker so that means I would be on my own. Sad but true.

    Trouble with a trunk

    I think that helps....I saw that the end of the cord was frayed before it retracted into the recoil spooler. So you say that it was stitched the had a little hook to go around the chrome rivet like thing-a-majig?

    I have been loaned an '04 with a trunk to join a group for an amazing ride. About 4,000miles in 10 days in the northwest.     Looking to buy FJR

    I am in NEED of a FJR. Prefer '06 or newer. I live in the Pacific NW (Victoria, BC) so a local bike would be easier for pick up etc unless you want a bit of a farewell ride.
