dont buy a stock yamaha screen of any size,am 6'2" and that screen sucked,look at aftermarket screens,theres lots out there,i bought a cee baily, 2" taller and 2" wider with a flipped up lip, works real good, had an 06 honda ST1300 with an aerofow shield, but they dont make one for the fjr

what should my new fjr idle at,before dealer synced tbi's,it idled at 1,100 rpm,now idles at somewhere around 1,250 rpms,seems high ,dont know

am a new owner, 3,100 miles ,came off an st 1300,have noticed that my fjr really turns in fast ! couple of other new owners have also notced this trait. dose this thing need to be lowered,like some people say,or is it a matter of getting used to it doing so ?

:unsure: an 09 with 2600 miles,got 48 to 51 mpg,until dealer synced throttle bodys and set throttle positioning sensor,this was done to stop engine from stalling at startup after a stop for gas or brake,now has more power and better response, but way worse mpg
