That year paint - Cerulean Silver - is in many ways the finest paint to adorn a FJR, in my opinion. The metallic metalflake in that paint is extraordinary in natural sunlight. Awesome job, Ray!

Good point... I guess I am a Thrillseeker! The more I look at it, the more I like it. It is *vastly* different from clear-coat gloss paint... I always have the high-gloss metallic black tail section, if I feel the need to wax some clear-coat paint. (Latter doesn't happen very often). ;)

I am very unhappy to read about these clutch issues.... don't seem to recall very many from Gen I-III bikes. Sadly, I have one to report also on the 2018 Gen IV, and it is currently PISSING me off to no end. That said--- I have less than 25 miles of the bike, have never ridden it in daylight...
