Seems foolish to have light in the bags that worked with the key, You would have to have a key in the ignition and a second key to unlock the bag so the lights could be utilized. I agree with tearing out any after thought wiring if only to change the way it operates.

No, that will not work at all. The seat pans are different shapes and sizes, in addition to different attachment mechanisms. The foam bottom will be shaped all wrong, so you can't transfer it between the seat pans. The covers will not even work as the passenger seat area is much longer on the...
