Food for thought - these are the locations that have panned out as meeting the minimum requirements for an EOM venue. I'll get a poll set up this evening for voting.

Quick update. Genetti Hotel - Williamsport, PA - open weekends of 8,22, & 29 September, group rate of $89 Thurs, $109 Fri/Sat, meals cost around $28/person. Fontana Village, Fontana, NC - Open all weekends in September, group rate of $113/$133, Meals around $28-$32 (and $400 banquet room fee)...

When I lived in SC, I stayed at the Ironhorse quite a few times - from cabins to bunkhouse to tent camping. I got a return call today, unfortunately they are already booked with groups for September 2018. Fontana Village is in play, and right up the road.

10/3 - Update 2. A flower / plant arrangement has been ordered for the service on Thursday. It is sent on behalf of the Riders and extended family of E.O.M. and the FJR Community. We will all be there in spirit. Safe travels to those making the trip to Stillwater.
