I know from crossing into Canada, and coming back, that you have to be 'aware' of how you word your answers - especially "What is the purpose of your visit?" Outta curiosity, what would a 'typical' answer for this question be for an IBR participant crossing into Canada?

Since the riders have the option of skipping CP2, were all of the bonuses for Leg 2 and Leg 3 included in their rally packs?

I'm more concerned about the riders in central Kansas and the ones around Mobile, AL. Looks like those groups are getting hit with some serious weather.

Yeah, Mt. Mitchell was definitely one of the bonus locations (I've been causing havoc with Google Maps) as was Chimney Rock.
