I'm up in Albion this week and had the opportunity to swing by the hotel in Fort Bragg and check on reservations. There are 20 rooms reserved at the moment under the group rate code that I negotiated. The list I've got with everyone who has indicated they'd like to attend equals around 60 people...

The rates vary per night (i.e. Thurs is lower than Saturday) but the average rate per night looks to be correct. You got a great rate to begin with! ;)

HOTEL RESERVATION UPDATE (I'll add this to the first post as well): After months of back and forth via phone and email, I FINALLY was able to acquire a group room rate and block for our event. If you booked through a third party website (i.e. hotels.com, etc.), you'll need to book your room...

We left on Friday, Feb 24th, in pretty cold weather followed with some good rain but missed the snow flurries and hail... arriving in Santa Maria, we were freezing cold and found out how badly our rain gear had fared... decided to hang out in the hotel for an extra day and it was a good decision...
