You didn't misread it... I was originally planning on leaving on Friday but decided to stay an extra day so I could see more folks so will leave early on Saturday. See you sometime on Thursday!! :)

Thought I posted this already but guess I just thought about it... dcarver, jorstin, and I arrived safely at the hotel tonight after about 350 miles from Winnemucca in 90+ degree heat... smoke wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. ;)

Pulled in about 630pm at VCS with Jasen and Craig in tow after an absolutely stellar day in Yosemite... blue skies, no smoke, hardly any traffic or crowds, and perfect lighting wherever we went... I've been to Yosemite a couple dozen times and I've never seen it like this... it was epic!!  8-) ...

I've got a trip out to that side of the US in Sept/Oct. I too have been vaccinated and feel that with the right precautions to take care of one's self, you should go out and live your life. That's what I'm gonna do. ;)
