Wearing hi-viz, high contrast gear helps too. I had a hi-viz Schuberth that people would comment "I could see you coming from 1/2 mile away!".

I recently saw (but did not buy) a whole brisket at Walmart of all places! I like their ribs (they stock Smithfield) but did not take the time to seriously look over the brisket. I have done a few briskets, with mixed results. Part of the problem is that I can normally only find brisket points...
