AirFlow (now called Windriderseatcovers) seat cover makes the OEM seat very comfortable for me and SWMBO.

AirFlow is now called Windriderseatcovers. I contacted them about covers to suit the FJR, and they replied. From WindRiderSeatCovers: "Hi BIll, Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your email, we do have a size that is currently being designed and should be available in a couple of weeks."

My bike came from the Newcastle area .... I had it shipped over. PO's name is Greg.

Mine ('19) does something similar at around 100kph. It goes away above or below that speed. Not overly loud, but noticeable. Noise goes away with clutch in. In fact, I suspect the clutch may have something to do with it.

26,500km. We (SWMBO and I) are planning to visit Canada this time next year, starting in Vancouver, and going east. I have cousins in Edmonton, I haven't seen them for over 60 years. Hopefully they still remember me .... :)

I can vouch for the Staintunes. I had them on my ZZR1200. They were excellent, as described above. However, I sold them to a Canadian, and installed a full Black Widow system on it, because SWMBO said I could. Black Widow cans on order for the FJR now. (Apologies for the hijack).

Here in Oz (warmer climate), I mostly use Penrite 15W-50 Diesel engine oil, with JASO MA rating. It has added zinc, better for the valve train. I buy it in 10 liter cans.

Retired, but enjoy 4WD, camping, grand kids, cooking, cigars. Used to do Taekwondo, but the knees have given out. Do a bit of weights stuff.
