I was at EICMA last Friday, but did not manage to speak with anyone who was clear in answer for FJR future from Yamaha staff there.  There are few web sides referring to 2020 as last model for Europe because of emissions regulations, but there are a few others stated, that MY 2020 are already...

Based on info here, MY2020 is last year for FJR (article is in German, google translator can help if needed) because of Euro 5: yamaha-FJR1300-2020-ultimate-edition I plan to be in EICMA on Friday so will check with Yamaha folks there...

for GEN III it is Nr.1 and it should be marked from the factory with white paint.

Yes, two times. And I repaired two times friends tires on the trip. Have under seat tire repair kit & small 12V air compressor. Better than CO2 cartriges.
