Just received a quote from local Yamaha dealer for 50l case + rack. Will be available by April for list price: 540 Euro/box, 197 Euro/rack and they offered 10% discount out of that. I am quite happy with my current set-up with GIVI V47 Tech, but I like this new design a lot... Hard decision now.
