RIDER Review of the 2014 Electronic Suspension

Too late for my road trip, my Larry's Motorcycle highway pegs arrived. Mounted them today. Still need top bag. Had the factory top bag on the 2005. Anyone with suggestions/recommendations on other brands?

RIDER Review of the 2014 Electronic Suspension

Just got back from my first long ride on my new 2014 FJR1300ES. I'm coming from riding my 2005 FJR and find the ride of the new bike to be much better, more composed and comfortable. I just did 1,300 miles down the Oregon coast and back.

    The 2014 FJR1300 - Woo-hoo!

Just picked up my new 2014 FJR1300ES this afternoon from Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn. Big upgrade for me, moving from my 2005 with 67,000 miles, which I'm keeping as a second bike. I love the cruise control and the adjustable suspension.

2005 FJR Running Rich - Stumbling Mid RPM

My 2005 with 58,000 miles is running rich and stumbling a bit on acceleration (at least until the RPMs pick up). Anyone have/had this problem? Thinking maybe O2 sensor is not up-to-snuff and ECU is flooding the fuel air mixture. Any help? Thanks.

"Consumer Reports:" Yamaha most reliable motorcycle !

I've subscribed to CR for years and like their approach to getting reliablity information. I get a survey every year for info on vehicles I own and my service experience with them. I currently have 54,000 miles on my 2005 FJR and love it. I agree with CR on this completely.

    Michelin Pilot Road 3

I'm on the tail end of my second pair of PR3s. Have 11,000 miles on the second pair and still have a fair bit of tread left. But, since I've only used PR3s, I don't have a basis for comparison. I ride/commute daily, rain or shine and have had no issues with grip. In short, my next pair will...

Odometer Hiccup - Added 30,000 Miles to my 2005

Anyone else have this happen. Was resetting the trip odometer after fillup, and the main odometer jumped from 49,800 or so to 79,000 miles! This in an 2005. Tomorrow I'll try disconnecting the battery see if resets. Any other ideas?
