    Name That Place Game

As I said, pretty common place to visit.  You're up.

    Name That Place Game

I'll offer another easy one. I think most of the riders in this thread have passed by this natural arch over the road.  I'll add some more images if you don't get it right away.

    Sad News

Dementia is the worst loss of all.  Really enjoyed meeting Patti and your daughter, and really appreciated their hospitality to all of us at the first Ruben Run.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

Russell Day Long black leather seat

Wow, designed for a super tall slim person.  I'm guessing that eliminates my Walter Brimley body.  Back in the day, this was THE SEAT, and custom pillon too.

    Driveshaft and spline lubricant

On the other hand, I have had a single tube of Honda Moly 60 for 10 years, and it will probably outlive me.  It's really bulletproof and a very good grease for high pressure splines.  It doesn't matter what it costs, it will last forever.

    Knifemaker making knives.

Last night we had Sockeye Salmon and I bought the fish so I could do my own fillet.  My new knife glided across the bone and cut through the riib-bones cleanly, lifting off clean fillets that I was easily able to separate the rib bones.  What a pleasure to use a sharp, accurate knife with this...

What's the Weather like where YOU are today?

Of all the weird things, we are going to be on the warm side of this system. Our forecase was calling of 9-12 inches of snow and on top of our existing accumulation, I decided to take action.  I bought a 24" Toro 2-stage snowblower from a friend in Ohio, and after a nice visit yesterday brought...

    2003 and 2006

I have an 05 ABS and my friend has an 06 I have ridden often.  I'm going to start with the heat issue.  There is a slight difference, but there is also a "fix". for 2003 to 2005 FJRs that makes it just as cool as any Gen II.  Also the Gen II has it's own heat issue at the ankle and lower leg...

    NAFO 2021

Well the other sandbox does not have any details, but I might have to sign up just to see this **** show.  I get my second vaccine on 2/23, so yinz seem pretty harmless to me.

    Smokers (BBQ - not grilling)

Smoked chicken tonight. Spatchcoked and Rubbed with a semi-hot Plowboy's Yardbird rub and topped with bacon. Smoked about 3-4 hours.   This makes a good meal in a hurry.  I'll try to take a picture, but it's awfully dark outside this time of year.   Plowboy's is a good base for anything from...

Looks great and ahead of schedule!  Hope the check got there, sent Monday. Now I've got a case of knife envy for my own blade!  Love the highlights in the Bubinga handle.

    Smokers (BBQ - not grilling)

I'm almost through my third Coronavirus pork butt.  Got a Traeger this Spring and it makes the smoking a little too easy.  How yinz getting along?  I went riding today and came home to BBQ some chicken.  The cows and pigs were happy.

What's the Weather like where YOU are today?

Been a while, but the sunshine, warm temps, low fuel prices and no traffic are all good things.  I was glad to get out in the sun today and get away from all the negativity of Coronavirus.  Pennsylvania has the highest fuel tax in the country, but I filled p at $1.89.  I could have saved another...
