Very cool project and done very nicely! I think it does look a bit weird, tho, but can't wait to see what the body looks like. I love your driver and co pilot! The floppy ears ones, that is! <G> mary

When's the last time you rode on the back?

I hate it too... rode pillon on my b.f's GW (1994 1500). Just went to dinner and back. I told him to get new glasses. He missed the turn. <G> I flipped up my helmet visor and I got a face full of gas fumes. He never noticed the smell. So he Finally! got new carbs, the bike has about 220...

My wife's contemplating becoming a rider!

GenI seat gave me bruises, anyone else?

Well yeah, but that's only cause I cut the foam in the seat down to 1/2 " thick the day before my ride from Ohio to Sacramento and back. I did have a sheepie for it tho. Won't ride ( or drive) without one now.... especially in the heat. At least get a sheepie...Alaskan leather has nice thick...

    RIder keeps dropping their bike.

My post was not to cut down ladies.. since I is one<G> But generally we're taught to "be careful" and "look where you're going"..which in normal daily life, means to look sorta at the ground to see what's there. So many ladies I've talked to in different forums and in person, said they...

    Loaning your bike.......

Glad you got it figured out. Otherwise, the stock answer is buy it from me first, then you can ride it. and you said that he only rides 3 or 4 times a year... if he HAS to have a bike, a nice slow Harley rental would work , (yeah, I have a harley) Sound like a cage would work way better and...

    RIder keeps dropping their bike.

I'd be willing to bet that it's a lady, and that she's looking down to see where to put her feet. And to see where the bike is when it's stopped. Guys generally have a "charge ahead" attitude, but ladies have gotten used to picking up the kid's toys and the dirty socks. And tripping and...
