I have an x-eleven and the air conditioning is superb. :cold: However, the noise level is quite high. I always ride with ear foamies, so it doesn't bother me that much. Otherwise the helmet is awesome. Very light-weight and comfortable. Gee, the excessive list of smilies is great.

Finally, got mine today. Looks a little skimpy on the first look. Mine also had scuffs and scratches on the anodized coating. :( Did your's have scuffs and scratches as well? When I called them earlier, I was told that it will look like new. It won't hurt the performance of course, but still.

I road both ways back in '01. The Dragon was a blast (had a 929 back then) and Cherahola was just plain beautiful and smooth and tons of fun to ride. The Dragon tends to be more heavily travelled and if I had to choose I would pick the Cherahola for sure. Have fun.

Live in VA and I am still waiting for my anodized version. Called them, and Scott told me that they sent it out last week. Didn't give a tracking number or anything. Better get here this week. Getting impatient.

Teerex, I have no doubt that the shock will make an improvement but gee, I don't know if I would get $1K worth of enjoyment out of a new shock. I am not taking that bike on the track or anything. For right now the new suspension setting will do and I am waiting to receive my superbrace back...

I read the thread "What happened to Dale..." when it was still up. It ridiculous what has happened. I hope we can get away from these childish board wars with this forum. Glad there is a new start. Time for people to move on.

Yesterday I adjusted my bikes suspension to some recommended setting that were posted somewhere else. I adjusted the settings just to get a reference point and work from a base. I didn't think I would feel too much of a difference. Man, I was wrong. The bike handles so much better in the turns...
