Because of this thread I decided to remove the risers from my 04 & I like it much better without them. Seems to handle better. At 5'9" with a Russell seat I thought I needed them. Sold them on the forum in 15 minutes!

Looking for a stock shield to make a shorty for summer use. Does not need to be in perfect condition.

I have one on my 04 & like it. I use it as my cold weather shield. Makes a nice still air pocket if I raise it just a bit. I run the stock shield all the way down in the warmer months. Bought it for $80 here used. Watch the for sale board or post an ad on the wanted board.

My 04 had a strong vibration at 4000rpm that I just accepted as normal. When I finally got around to the Barbarian jumper mod & increased the co settings by 7 it really smoothed things out. Idle is now very stable & engine is amoother at all RPM's.

Makes me hate N.J. even more!
