I need some of that blue coolant. What brand are you guys using? My Gen 1 always runs at 3 bars and goes to 4 whenever I'm at a light. I have also done the WC blow flush recently with no change in temp. I guess I should also replace my thermostat .....never thought to check that.

This sounds like a bad ground connection at the battery or the ground to the fuse block. Try cleaning the connections.

Guess I missed the part about them flopping around. :rolleyes: Let us know how they work out. I am 6'2", so I found the stock mirrors were too narrow hince the upgrade to FZ1's. But now a trade off is that they are wide enough to make lane sharing here in CA a little more interesting :unsure:

What am I missing here? I love the FZ1 mirrors cause now I can see something other than my shoulders! :dntknw:

I use my modulator when I'm sharing lanes here on the freeway in Kalifornia. All I know is that cagers ahead of me part like the Red Sea. :yahoo: :yahoo: This is good!

I also have 2 or 3 out on my cluster. This looks like it's a PITA to replace, so I' going to change them all while I'm in there! Just ordered the complete kit last week.

I own a FJR and a GS Adventure. Like others have said these are two completely different bikes. I love both, but for different reasons. But if I was to only choose one it would be the GS cause it can also take me way off the beaten path, it's great in city traffic, and does pretty damn good in...

I have the Wig-Wag model that I've had for about a year that is still in the original package. It says on the package that it works with LED and Incandescent bulbs. Here is a picture of the package. PM me if you are interested.
