IMO, they tend to spring higher then the riders weight, always configured for adding a passenger, so you might be right on the money... Worth a try.

Yup - 14 or 15 is your best bet.... '13 has no Electronic Suspension and has a cruise control Speedo Limit at 80mph... If you prefer to work your own suspension, then the '13 is great as well aside from the 80mph cruise.

Thats a little more gap then I see on the install of my TM..... Yes that is the Heavy Weight model. It looks to me like the plastic slide that goes in between the TM and the grip is working its way out a bit.... You could easily remove the metal end, tap the plastic friction sleeve part in...
