Huh? snap the throttle and your front wheel is off the ground! The AE is made for you buddy, no dealing with the clutch in hwy traffic, youd love it. You still can control the clutch but its a matter of throttle position, hard to explain but it becomes 2nd nature real quick. I love the 08...

Radical are you running the one for this bike config. Stock exhaust Stock air filter Stock O2 sensor disconnected I have orderedr a K&N but its back ordered. And did it fix your abrupt throttle on/off? Sounds like you didnt really take much of a hit in MPG department.

I installed my PCIII a couple of weeks ago that I bought as part of the group buy. I loaded this map Wally Holeshots Combo Map into the PCIII. It worked really good to smooth the throttle and it def added some umff through out the entire throttle range. But....... I went from 43mpg to 36mpg...

Yes, thats how it works. When you turn the TM to lock the throttle a brass fitting presses against the throttle tube and forces it against the casement. The thing is that brass fitting only come out 1/8 of an inch or so. If you had any more slop than that th TM would do nothing. I think we...

I didnt even catch that, Solo is right, with that much play the TM would not work at all. By the way, I do have a TM installed as well and the less slop tou have in there the better for the TM

1/4 to 1/2 inch doesnt sound right at all. That seems like an awful lot. I've really never noticed any play in previous bikes that I've owned and the Fej maybe as much as 1/16 but probably even less, I didnt measure but it barely moves.
