On June 4th I had an accident on my Vincent. Today they let me go home. 6 broken ribs 1 punctured lung 1 broken shoulder blade. I hope that there are no outstanding questions or issues.

May I suggest 5A from Merritt to Kamloops instead of # 5 ..its a lot more scenic, windy, twisty..then 97 to Vernon, #6 from Vernon to Nakusp

I was riding in Scotland for 9 days, now that I’m over Covid I’m going to get ready to ride to B.C for a rally in Nakusp. Being retired sux….NOT!

My other bike is a 1953 Vincent. I selected the FJR because I wanted a modern reliable bike with low maintenance costs. Change the fluids, add gas, ride. Repeat.

I like my Klim Induction jacket, but cannot figure out why Klim didnt put a zipper in it to attach to pants, or for that matter why they don’t make Induction pants..

A reminder…registration for CFR2022 closes on Friday, June 3rd. No Registrations can be accepted at the rally.

I am home, confined to the bedroom in the basement as I recover from Covid. Next week I’ll contact the folks at Yamaha to see what they are going to donate. I think we are at 42 registered attendees.
