Okay Dave, I checked (the late) Larry's site and found the "triple tree ram ball nut" and the "ball" had to be ordered separately. Are you saying all I need to do is remove the existing 36mm nut on the bike and this "tree ram" replaces my nut? It sounds too easy if that's the case.
