    Center Stand Question

Don't be afraid to ask for help next time you meet up with some FJR riders. I helped a forum member during the LOE last year. It's nice having a couple of "spotters" too.

    LindaT TAT Cover & RallyBook

Haven't had the chance to use the RallyBook in rally mode yet but I'll post up once I have. I'll be in Beatty this weekend but the only fudge I plan on packing is the stuff I buy from Death Valley Nut & Candy company. :oinksmiley:

    LindaT TAT Cover & RallyBook

Originally, the thought was to use it for my UV2K bike cover. Unfortunately, even that lightweight cover takes up too much space. I'll probably use it for shrunk down wiring diagrams and roadside repair instructions. Something flat and not too thick.

    LindaT TAT Cover & RallyBook

From the time I first placed my order to when I received the finished product was about 3 1/2 months. Keep in mind that (1) This was the first of it's kind, (2) There many odd-ball measurements involved (3) I'm probably the worst person to be taking those measurements and (4) There was a rather...

    LindaT TAT Cover & RallyBook

I posted this up in the Group Buy area and realized that not everyone interested in it is a forum member so, I've moved it here. If you can't see any images below, you can view them here. I took part in Joe2Lmaker's group buy for the Tag Along Tank. It's been a great replacement to my old...

Auxiliary Tank Group Buy (merged threads)

*Edit - Instead of double posting and incurring the wrath of the forum gods  , I've moved the images to a post in "Parts and Accessories." LINK This way, non-forum members can view them too.

Auxiliary Tank Group Buy (merged threads)

Like dcarver, I'm working on it. Got spider bit (S4) a couple of months ago and since I had the plastics off, figured I'd go ahead and change the coolant... Since I'm draining the coolant, might as well check the valves (75k on the odo so I'm probably a bit overdue for it's first check)...

Auxiliary Tank Group Buy (merged threads)

Nope. It's a tight fit but my Russell Day-Long is in the "Low" position with the TAT bolted in place. I had a piece of tape on the tank to protect the leather of the seat but now that I have a LindaT cover, I'm not so worried about it.

    Anyone Headed to Sturgis

It was nice meeting you, Mike and the other fella in J&P's parking lot. Told my HD riding companions about your water on the tire story and they had the same reaction I did... I don't know about you but I was rather surprised at the number of FJRs I saw in Sturgis. I must have seen a...

New cell is installed - Big thanks!

Thanks for posting the pic. Congrats on your 6th place finish in the Cal 24! :clapping: (Good to know that us "shade tree mechanics" aren't the only ones who turn 10 minute simple fixes into 5 hour torture sessions!)
