The FJR can pass in a heart beat. I typically don't hesitate if the coast is clear. Double yellows don't stop me. They're for cages. Not that I'm squiddly. I just know the capabilities of the bike and use them to my advantage.

I think these guys have adequately described the FJR versus ST. I agree having test ridden both before buying. It all depends on what you want out of riding... go with your gut.
That's a sweet looking setup 1815. How did you mount your license plate? And what's the purpose of the hugger other than it looks pretty cool? How does your setup do in the rain, in terms of keeping water off your tail, etc?
