Wally's PCIII "Smoothness" Map converted for Gen II Bikes

Hi Monkey - about the K&N filter - do you think it's worth the 75 or so bucks? I've never used one before on any of my rides/vehicles.... TIA - Bull

    Where are Aerostich Retailers?

I agree with RJ they're better than good when it comes to customer service. They're not your typical web shop.

Wally's PCIII "Smoothness" Map converted for Gen II Bikes

Mr Pickles - how are you man? I've been running the Wally Smoothness map for about 12 months - which was better than with no PC at all - but I always thought I gave up some low end thrust (insert dirty grin here) to obtain the smoothness. So I tried your calculated map for my 06 (non K&N...

    Hitting to close to home

hell ..... I like that idea. Take some time and be somewhere else for a wee while DB - and give the tides time to change, so to speak. I hope the riders that you mentioned (and their families too) get through this as best they may.

    Ode to a Sport Bike

great write up Shawn..... and though I see De Oppresso Libe's concern, I am a little more taken aback by your comments on how focused you were on another man's arse. Did this fixation occur before or after the beers? Be careful man - know your limits! What if you had drunk three - you could...

It's HOT. Are You Still ATGATT?

well said Sir - I couldn't have said it better myself. Nearly all of the time I'm ATGATT - since the mesh stuff works pretty good when you're moving. Fieldsheer also does their mesh gear in TALL sizes, so the fit is perfect. ride safe dudes - Bull

    As if we needed proof

I was just looking at Killboy's photograph again - and I noticed that you can see the spokes on both the bicycle and the Hardley. I'm surprised that the bicycle spokes are in focus (not so much the Harley - because his wheels are no doubt turning that much more slowly). ... and for what it's...

    GenMar vs Heli bar clamp

Hi Crank Just to add a little to what camera56 said - I have the heli-clamp. It might look a little spendy at fisrt, but I thinnk it's well worth the investment. I second Camera's comments about getting a better piece of equipment by going for a solid triple clamp - rather than riser blocks...

    Great PCIII map for 06

I can't believe my thread is still alive!!! I'm having heated and grips and the ECU done at the same time in a week or so, if it ever stops snowing :angry2: !!! I'm just itching to get the bikes out after this long winter! I'll report back if I have any issue with the surging and the new ECU...
