I recently did seals only on mine. I filled the forks all the way with atf, removed the dust seals and retaining rings, put the caps on and proceeded to compress the fork in a hydraulic press. (as detailed in the manual). This worked like a charm. The lesson learned is if a seal cocks on the way...

What is the part number of the spark plugs? I'll take them if they are iridium.

I do believe I've seen the OEM Bar cut in half as well as someone else had cut a chunk out of it just where the tire runs. I don't recall any problems reported down the road.
