Cant make the trip, but was just out in Seaside OR picking up my son from his 3500 mile cross country bike (bicycle) trip.
Had Reubens at:
Alameda Brewing Co on Fremont in Portland
and
The Pike Brewing Company at Pikes Market in Seattle
Both excellent and excellent beer selections as well.
The thing I find really impressive is not how far they throw these bikes into these tight turns, but how quickly they go from full right to full left to full right etc.
I suppose they wont have to pay for the repairs themselves.
Have you seen these?

I've got one with a single row of LEDs. Really bright - impossible to miss when your detector goes off. Not sure I'd want a loud audible alarm, since I ride with earplugs or earbuds in. I asusme it's loud enough to warn all...
It's not the riding so much that gets to me, it's when I have to stop. I've ridden on I-40 in NC many times in temps over 95 without too much trouble. If traffic comes to a stop (which it does occasionally in rush hour) then you start to bake.
I remember years and years ago hearing about...
Glad it's nothing serious. I know from experience that a kidney stone can produce the same sort of symptoms. Did they ckeck for blood in his urine?
I've had two kidney stones (thanks genetics!). The first one was when I was about 20 and in college - thought I was having a heart attack. Went...
Have you thought about simply adding additional lighting, instead of replacing the current bulbs?
I added this one from AdMore. It's super bright and has progressive turn signals for added visibility/attention...
Cost $90 new

Mine has a black body, not "safety" yellow.
Here are pics:
I'll also thrown in a micro SD card adapter
Video just shot today (I haven't set the time/date, so it's not correct)...
If accurate, this looks like some fairly major changes from the 2013. That makes it even harder to believe, since each generation usually goes unchanged for 6 - 8 years.
Knowing the history of color options with this bike, that sounds bogus.
Maybe some sort of silver with a very slight orange hue, if you look at it at the right angle, or with orange colored sunglasses is more likely.
My son is doing something similar this summer to raise money for the Lineberger Cancer Center at UNC
(https://unclineberger.org/)
A group of riders (mostly Boy Scouts) started in Maryland on Monday and is riding to Astoria OR. 3700 miles total.

Hard to imagine that the fuel was actually boiling. Vapor pressure may be the culprit. The vapor pressure of the gas at elevated temperatures can cause an increase in the pressure inside the tank at temperatures WAY below the boiling point.
Um......isn't clutch-less shifting the same concept as the AE? If I'm not mistaken, didn't that go over like a lead balloon? I know - I have one.
I like the fact that they kept the adjustable side panels - do they now tell you where they're supposed to be to keep you warmer/cooler/just-right...
